I just saw this post (i've got to figure out to get them to go in my Inbox!)
I'm so sorry your homelife didn't foster more optimism and joy but SO happy for you to be with a man who unabashedly shows his love for you! We can all stand to learn to love each other with a little less restraint and more generosity of spirit, I think. But none of wants to put our heart on our sleeves and have it knocked off... which happened to so many at a young age causing us to fear, I think, ever being completely open-hearted with others, sometimes even those we love the most.Becky Johnsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08927691116577158550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4919676592139184304.post-67861504757922701272010-05-22T17:34:19.675-07:002010-05-22T17:34:19.675-07:00This post really made me think, Becky. As a child, my home life was not one that promoted that kind of positive approach, so although I appreciate the fact that I'm married to a man who SHOWS his love every day, it's still a foreign thing to me. I almost don't know how to react to such unabashed affection. The fact that you do makes me want to learn.

Your classmate,
StacyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4919676592139184304.post-23432958762854213742010-05-14T22:09:00.516-07:002010-05-14T22:09:00.516-07:00Kathleen and Michelle, Thank you both so much for...Kathleen and Michelle, Thank you both so much for these kind comments!!! It didn't work out to make it. I live in Arlington.
You are blessed to be married to someone who has a yes stance towards you and the world. The face of God.
